ONE on One Training

One on One training is a hands on approach where you meet directly with a trainer that walks you through your workout step by step. 

When you first sign up, you and your trainer will have a free sit down consultation followed by an introductory workout. This is completed in order for your trainer to assess your exact capabilities and hear the goals that you personally want to accomplish so that they can create the perfect program for you.


this consultation is also a time for you both to "break the ice" and to be sure that you are both a good fit for each other. This is very important, as success comes in the form of trust when striving to reach goals.
